Who We Are

I’m Tom, founder of Adept Workflow and creator of EstateOps. I started Adept because I noticed large corporations were pouring money into automation and workflow design, while small and medium-sized businesses — who often stand to benefit even more — were left without access to the same level of expertise or funding.

I love taking the time to really understand a business, mapping how things actually get done, and then finding ways to add genuine value. Seeing companies progress and scale because of Adept’s work is what drives me.
